  • I’m swimming as part of a team for 24 hours this year, yes, even through the night! I'm swimming to raise money for Level Water, who  use the power of swimming to improve lives for children with disabilities. Everyone should have the opportunity to learn to swim and fall in love with the water. www.JustGiving.com/ #### (your JustGiving page here).

  • Dear ###,

[Start with something personal to them] In (month you’re swimming) I’ll be swimming (distance of swim) across 24 hours as part of relay team. It’s a pretty crazy challenge! (insert why you’ve taken on this swim), with cold water and hundreds of other people, I’m doing it to raise money for a Charity called Level Water. They believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn to swim and fall in love with the water by providing one-to-one swimming lessons until these children can join mainstream classes. One lesson costs just £15, so with a single donation you’ll be giving a child the chance to learn to swim and fall in love with the water. If you believe in the power of swimming and think everyone should have an opportunity, then please sponsor me here: www.JustGiving.com/ #######
