What does International Women's Day mean to you?

International Women’s Day is a moment to celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women everywhere. It’s also a reminder of the barriers that still exist and the work needed to create true equality. For me, it's a chance to appreciate the women in my life and acknowledge them and their influence on me.

What does working for Level Water mean to you?

Working for Level Water is about making a tangible impact—helping children with disabilities access swimming and gain confidence in and out of the pool. It means being part of a mission-driven organisation that values inclusion and empowerment. It’s also about working alongside like-minded people who are passionate about making sport and recreation truly accessible for everyone.

Why do you think so many women choose to work for charities?

I can answer for myself and why I choose to work for a charity. I'm drawn to charity work because it aligns with my values of empathy, community, and social change. The non-profit sector also tends to offer a strong sense of purpose, collaborative environments, and, in some cases, more flexibility compared to corporate roles—all of which can is appealing.

What is your goal for this year?

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh... I like this one! Get fitter and stronger Be more present, stay curious and keep learning.
